to order. Which means they are prepared especially for your order and cannot be
returned OR your order cancelled once placed. Please select carefully, we suggest

GENERAL
The Terms & Conditions of Sale on this page are subject to change without notice.
Goods are supplied on a wholesale basis and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Minimum order is £100.00 Excluding VAT & Delivery Charge
Delivery Charge for UK Mainland Destinations is £9.95 - For Scottish Highlands/Islands,
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and all other UK offshore locations is £24.95.
Please Contact us for Delivery Charges for any other Worldwide Location. Collection
from our office is free.
Damaged Goods must be reported to us via telephone within 24 Hrs of Receipt.
No Claim for damaged goods will be entertained unless parcels received are signed
for as ‘Damaged’
Any Goods returned to us without prior arrangement will be refused, returned to sender
or simply held by us for collection by you within 30 days, after which they will
be donated to charity.
DESPATCH & DELIVERY
Orders are not prepared until cleared payment is received. Average preparation time
for orders is 4 to 5 Working days , if you call us once you have placed your order,
we can give you an indication as to how long it will be before we dispatch your order.
Goods are sent via 48 Hr Courier or Royal Mail Tracked and will need to be signed
for. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and
sign for the goods. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you must contact
the Courier Company to arrange redelivery or collection within 5 working days.
RETURNED / UNDELIVERED GOODS / CANCELLED
If you order is returned to us by our Carrier for any of the following (but not exclusive
to) reasons;
1. You provided us with an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
2. Goods were refused when delivery was attempted.
3. You failed to collect or arrange re-delivery with the carrier.
4. You cancel the order once placed.
We will assume you have cancelled the order and before making any refund we will;
1. Deduct a £7.95 Administration.
2. Deduct the original Delivery Charge you paid.
3. Deduct 50% of the total invoice value as a restocking fee.
DELAYED / LOST IN TRANSIT GOODS
Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Vantage Crafts Wholesale cannot be held responsible
for any loss under any circumstances if there is a delay in delivery the Courier
Company. We do not accept orders where ‘time is of the essence’ as once we have
released the order to the private courier company any delays are beyond our control.
Please allow 28 Days for receipt of goods.
In the unlikely event of a missing or delayed order, we will follow the Courier company’s
procedure for claiming. Please note we are unable to send out replacement goods
or make a refund until we have received a confirmation from the Courier company that
the original parcel is lost. If you wish, you can place another order and we will
refund your original payment once we have received confirmation that the item has
been lost and not delivered. Please do not place an order on the web site if you
are not happy with this. In all cases you will never lose your money, as we are
responsible for getting the goods to you and always ensure adequate insurance is
in place for all orders sent out.
GENERAL
We reserve the right to refuse an order without reason.
Vantage Crafts cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by delayed delivery,
use of the products we supply or use of our web site.
Vantage Crafts can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the goods purchased.
All product measurements, descriptions, colours & weights on this web site are given
as a guide, we make every effort to ensure that they are accurate but do not accept
liability for any errors. We reserve the right to validate prices before processing
your order.
PAYMENT & ORDERING
BANK TRANSFER is the ONLY method of payment we accept on this site, as this is keeps
our costs down to a minimum, allowing us to offer competitive prices. If you wish
to pay using a Credit/Debit card please visit our retail site HERE.
Once you have completed the checkout process out bank information will be emailed
to you.
Setting up Bank Payment is simple and cost free to you and after the initial setup
you can pay for future orders easily by either making a phone call to your bank or
via your online banking facility. If you have any questions please call us.

cannot be processed without this information
